Advisory Panel
Creating an environment of fairness throughout Kings County
Led by the Kings County Department of Public Health (KCDPH) and Kings Partnership, the goal of the Kings County Equity Advisory Panel is to address health disparities and advance health equity throughout the Kings County community. More specifically, the Equity Advisory Panel provides opportunities to build equity infrastructure and focus resources on efforts to address upstream drivers for health and equity efforts.

HEALTH EQUITY SURVEY
This survey is designed to identify health disparities throughout Kings County in effort to design an equity action plan to address structural and/or social determinants of health throughout the county.
